Terms of Service: Bring Me to You Weekend Upholstery Camps

Thank you for choosing LullCo’s Bring Me to You Weekend Upholstery Camps! By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment

1.1. Booking: FULL payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
1.2. Payment Methods: I accept Paypal, Square, Venmo, Cash, Afterpay, Klarna, and Zelle. Late payments may result in the forfeiture of your spot.
1.3. Transferable Spots: Registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with prior approval from LullCo.

2. Rescheduling and Refunds

2.1. Participant Rescheduling: If you are unable to host or attend, you must notify me at least 14 days before the camp start date to reschedule for a future event, subject to availability.
2.2. Refunds: If rescheduling cannot be accommodated, a partial refund of 50% of the total camp fee may be provided at LullCo’s discretion.
2.3. No-Shows or Late Cancellations: No refunds or rescheduling options are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the camp or for no-shows.

3. Organizer Cancellations

3.1. Event Cancellation: If LullCo cancels the camp, all participants will receive a full refund, including deposits.
3.2. Force Majeure: LullCo is not liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters or government restrictions). In such cases, I will work to reschedule or offer credits toward future events.

4. Event Details

4.1. Schedule: The event itinerary will be provided at least one week prior to the camp. Participants must arrive on time to maximize their weekend experience.
4.2. Venue and Travel: Participants are responsible for scheduling the event at the venue of their choosing, their own travel, accommodations, and meals unless otherwise specified.
4.3. Materials and Tools: Camp fees include all of the tools you will need to complete your project, 3 (three) 8 (eight) hour days of instruction, and a special gift for each of the 10 participants. Professional materials will be available for purchase on-site, or you can bring your own. Send a picture and measurements of your project(s) to lullcostudio@gmail.com for a list of what you will need if you decide to bring your own.

5. Participant Responsibilities

5.1. Skill Level: NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! The camp welcomes participants of all skill levels. Some projects may require additional time and effort, which participants must be prepared to commit to. These projects may not get finished within the weekend camp, and may need additinal time spent completing. I offer a free private group for supplemental learning, and weekend classes that can be attended in-person or over Zoom to continue your learning.
5.2. Conduct: To ensure a positive experience for all participants, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive or inappropriate behavior. Disruptions that interfere with the camp’s collaborative environment may result in:

• Immediate removal of the participant without refund, or
• The organizer (LullCo) reserving the right to cancel the remainder of the camp and leave the event.

In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the participant.

5.3. Safety: Participants must adhere to safety guidelines and instructor directions. LullCo is not liable for injuries resulting from participant negligence.

6. Media Release

By attending the camp, you grant LullCo permission to photograph and record video/audio for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify me in writing before the camp begins.

7. Liability

7.1. LullCo is not responsible for personal property loss, damage, or theft during the camp.
7.2. Participation in the camp involves inherent risks, and participants agree to release and hold harmless LullCo from any claims arising from their participation.

8. Agreement to Terms

By registering for the Bring Me to You Weekend Upholstery Camp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
